What do you like best? Very quick turnaround on development, tests can be deployed and enabled to your exact specs. In the instance that this is not possible Optimize are always keen to explain the reasoning and present an alternative solution. What do you dislike? Optimize dashboard is very useful and provides detailed analysis regarding active tests. An invaluable tool for making strategic decisions

What do you like best? Their managed service is a Godsend. The whole team at Webtrends Optimize clearly know their stuff and we've had numerous demands/ideas where their collective minds have been utilised; each time they've come back with answers that have over-exceeded our expectations. What do you like best? Having got a test set up quickly it was lovely to see no lag/flicker/disruption on our website with the test running. Great support, fully featured product at all levels

What do you like best? I love that you get all the features no matter what price tier you choose. Other CRO providers have limited functionality unless you go to enterprise level. Also the support is great, these guys really care about their product. The UI has been totally re-engineered over the past year or so, the reporting is kept simple, informative and engaging.
