The real-time data and cross-device stuff and that it's all supported by APIs has made it really easy to pick up and play with. What do you like best? We had a dedicated developer who got to know our site inside out which made build times and QA much quicker. Our account managers where very thorough and great at digging into the data for our more complicated test. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The new UI has come a huge way. Used the tool quite a few years ago and again recently, and it's unrecognisable. The Visual Editor actually works!
