Very powerful platform

What do you like best? I love how powerful and flexible the platform is to use and to get going with. What do you dislike? I have yet to find anything I dislike. It's a great platform, we have used many here and I still feel this is one of the best platforms to use for Testing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good service

What do you like best? Webtrends optimize makes it simple to implement A-B testing across many pages of your site, and easily manage the results of the tests. What do you dislike? The website feels slightly slower on occasion due to the additional code used by Webtrends Optimize. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've realised that improving the UX of our site is essential to securing improved CTR and conversions.

Very efficient test builds - rarely any issues - smooth process

What do you like best? For me the quality of the delivery and test/target builds was very strong. As a BA, and former QA, I helped collate and write requirements for the team our aside to feed into the pipeline alongside the recommendations and hypotheses proposed by Webtrends Optimize team. And I also supported the user testing once these were built and ready for deployment. What do you like best? Simplicity in terms of being able to jump in and use the platform without much in the way off training or the need for much previous experience. The reporting element had plenty of depth but again was easy to use. And the support provided for any questions or little things we need any help with was was fantastic. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The directors of the company are highly knowledgeable and accessible to their customers should you need them What do you dislike? Webtrends are based in London while we are in Cornwall so it's a long journey to meet with them What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They help with website optimisation and allow us to understand ho traffic flows through our websites.
