What do you like best? The ability to run split test easily and calculate which one out-performs the other. What do you dislike? Pricing for the level of customers you which to test. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use the tool to identify weaknesses and improve on-site conversion rates.

What do you like best? Support is outstanding. The interface is easy to use. Great value. The options for setting up the tests are great, even if the site you're working on is designed terribly. VWO usually has the ability to take a terrible site and provide ways to fix. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. What do you like best? VWO is extremely easy to get started with. Once the tracking code is added, you can dive in immediately and create numerous tests. It's always great to have hard data when testing changes and making tweaks on the site. VWO Best A/B Testing Solution

What do you like best? The staff - very friendly and responsive support. Compared to Optimizely this is a huge win. Also, the staff is extremely responsive & doesn't try to "sell" you on anything; they are more there for consultation. Also, they are very quick to respond to one off requests. What do you like best? We've been using VWO for a number of years and found other partners have been using it too. 'Out of the box' it's very simple to set up a test but a lot of our clients require the set up to be much more complex but that's not a problem for VWO. What do you like best? I liked the interface and seemed really easy to use, the main dashboard is clean and simple and I had no problems with that, it is inviting, easy to manage and uncluttered. What do you like best? The interface is laid out and it's easy to find whatever I am looking for. The graphs look neat and the code is easy to install on a clients website. I also like how the editor has an image of a mobile device if you're looking to optimize a site on a mobile device. I also like that I do not get spammed with promotional e-mails from this product. What do you like best? the simple user interface, the simplistic editor and the detailed reporting. its really easy for us to pick up a campaign and check its progress using the reporting, especially with the segmentation of reports .
