Powerful Tools through an Intuitive Interface

What do you like best? The interface is really easy to navigate and super intuitive, it took no time at all to set up my first campaigns and there wasn't a big learning curve. Setup is quick and the step by step instructions make it fool proof to understand which options were right for my goals. Their help system is also top notch - I heard back about any issue I had within an hour or two, and things were resolved very quickly. What do you dislike? I don't like the fact that if you want ...

Excellent Testing Tool - Fast, Feature-Rich and Accurate

What do you like best? I love the fact that we can run several tests within VWO and feel confident that the data is giving us an accurate representation of the customer experience on both ends, winning and losing. What do you dislike? There are some situations where setting up tests to recognize a page by URL and that contains an element would help to more-specifically test those features. Also, having tracking that doesn't need to be set up for every test but captures details about each ...

Extraordinary tool that let's you easily change everything on your website without changing the code

What do you like best? It is so easy to work with. The UI is great and the functions are nearly endless. I have run a few A/B tests now and the tool is working really well. What do you dislike? The support was great when I was in the trial phase, with a Skype call immediately solving my problem. Now that I have a plan, I am still waiting for an reply for over two weeks now. This is not great. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Great tool

What do you like best? Very easy to use, huge possibilities. You can use wildcard rules to control differente urls. The tool is incredibly flexible. You can handle a big number of campaigns, and even tagged them, add notes, and share with other teammates. You can start campaigns, pause them, archive them, very easily. Very easy to find old testings. The AB tool is the best part of the tool. Good knowledge base, including videos. You can search in deep, and almost everything is ...

VWO is the only A/B testing tool i've been using for the last 2-3 years!

What do you like best? Creating A/B testing is easier compare to Optimizely (well, my optimizely experience is 1-2 years old now, not sure if they improved their interface. And also it has its own integrated heatmap! What do you dislike? Modifications usually look weird on mobile version which frustrates us. For that reasons, most of the time we end up excluding mobile visitors or use URL splitting instead of A/B. I would also appreciate if VWO can find a way to give test results for low ...

Fast, Simple and Fully Loaded

What do you like best? My favourite part of Visual Website Optimiser, is the on page editing features, being able to make changes myself without the need for a developer is so satisfying and cost effective to say the least. All you need is a basic understand of HTML and CSS and you're away. I've tried various platforms, for me this feature is immensely intuitive. What do you dislike? I've encountered a few issues using VWO with wordpress where the front end changes I've made have not ...

VWO for landing page tests

What do you like best? The code is easy to place on websites through GTM, and the tests are easy to set up. The results chart is useful for showing to clients to explain the choices behind our landing page suggestions. What do you dislike? I have experienced some bugs with the preview tool. When I try to view how my test landing page will appear, it does not show the changes I made using the editor tool in VWO. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

I wanted to love VWO

What do you like best? The UI for VWO was great - simple and straight forward. What do you dislike? I wanted to love VWO, but when I used the visual website editor to run a trial, it didn't work. Things didn't integrate well, there would be gaps in our pages or the changes weren't centered. Recommendations to others considering the product Just make it work. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We need to test what works and what ...

Easy to use, good customer service

What do you like best? VWO is easy to use, also if you don't have any coding knowledge. Campaigns are easy to set up and reports are very visual and easy to share with colleagues. What do you dislike? The preview function has issues. It never loads in my current session, I have to open a new session in incognito mode. When it does work, it takes forever to load previews for the pages i'm testing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Insightful but improvements are needed

What do you like best? I like the arsenal of the features and fast response from support team. What do you dislike? I dislike several minor usability issues like if I am logged in into VWO account and I am surfing on our website heatmaps automatically turns on even if I did not wanted to. In goals tracking summary we always have G1 to Gx as goal names and we can not quickly compare goals between, we need to remember what Gx represent or go into details to see full goal name. In forms ...
