What do you like best? We appreciate the best support we have seen in the market. We registered for a free trial at first and got a call almost instantly, also they were nice to schedule for a video call in which vwo helped us to understand their application better. What do you dislike? We were testing heat maps report for our responsive design by using only the traffic from mobile devices, but some of the reports was lacking. The most powerful and versatile A/B testing platform I've ever used

What do you like best? VWO is constantly pushing the envelope with new features such as their bayesian statistics engine, and the ability to fire the javascript code asynchronously. I find their tool to be well suited to solving very specific use cases that more general tools such as Optimizely fail to solve. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy to set up and get simple tests across the line without additional resources needed. What do you dislike? Would prefer faster response to customer support. Obvious time delays between US and India. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to get nagging tests you've wanted stats on for so long across the line.

What do you like best? I love the ability to edit everything in a WYSIWYG style. Super easy to change and tweak our site. What do you dislike? Sometimes our A/B tests and visitor recordings end up messing up the user experience due to small glitches or bugs. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are now able to really know for sure if the changes we make are affecting the way customers experience our store.

Powerful software we can't live without

What do you like best? Heatmaps and customer surveys. But my favorite is the user recordings. What do you dislike? none so far. But still a new customer. Clients like it so far. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The customer surveys were helpful in identifying new content to add to our client's website

Great for Conversion Optimization

What do you like best? Easy a/b split testing, heat maps, all the things you need for getting going with conversion optimization. What do you dislike? Not much. Clean tool, as a developer I'd like to have a little more control, but it's still good. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Increase in funnel conversions in multiple areas.

Great features, always improving, good price

What do you like best? The interface is very straightforward, and new features are always being added on. Over the year we've used it there have been plenty of additional enhancements, but price has staid the same. For the price point it's hard to find a better collection of features. What do you dislike? Sometimes some of the more advanced features seem a little buggy (heat maps sometimes don't overlay properly, but it's been very reliable over all for us.
