A High ROI Toolset - But With Limits

What do you like best? The platform is easy to use and offers a lot of freedom in terms of custom code and testing. What do you dislike? Reporting is not setup for enterprise organizations. It's highly time intensive to translate data from their site to either a spreadsheet or other reporting tool. It's also a bit of a pain to QA tests. An easy force-variation option would be great. Better integration with Google GA events would be a great addition. Recommendations to others ...

Great tool, even better support

What do you like best? As a reasonably tech-savvy marketer, the ability to make rapid front-end changes or switch back to HTML view gives me the best of both worlds to create tests with minimal effort What do you dislike? I experience many timeouts when trying to preview tests, but it's a fairly minor frustration What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The business is undergoing a colossal digital transformation - data-driven testing ...

Solid, well-rounded CRO platform

What do you like best? The platform is robust and yet somehow it still feels very simple to use. I like the flexibility of testing options and in establishing results -- keeps it easy for us to setup and manage campaigns without getting bogged down. What do you dislike? I really only have 2 complaints: 1 Some of the settings are a bit unclear and require some digging to figure out 2 Each test requires a documented "observation" and "hypothesis", which can be a little restrictive at ...

Pretty decent experimentation tool!

What do you like best? Ease of use, affordability, documentation and Customer Support. What do you dislike? Not many experiment designs could be tried here and also there isn't sufficient document in how to avoid collisions and automated data syncing to warehouses such as Redshift, GBQ, Postgres etc etc. Recommendations to others considering the product Use the product for basic experiment designs you want to apply to your website/product experimentation efforts. What business problems ...

Some learning curve but has TONS of features

What do you like best? The VWO interface is extremely easy to use and is packed with valuable features and dimensions. Also, my account manager is extremely responsive and available at every turn. I can also add my own code (JS/CSS on the fly, which is incredibly useful and makes changes I'd like to make more bulletproof than the WYSIWYG tool. What do you dislike? The WYSIWYG for creating variations can be quite finicky when building tests for multiple specific pages rather than global ...

Give it a try

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I think VWO is better than other optimizers because it offers more ways to A/B test a landing. It is ideal for our company as we split URL test a lot. The customer support is helpful and they are concerned about the quality of data we are getting and how we are driving our conversions. What aspects are problematic or could work better? You need some coding knowledge or know how landing tests work, otherwise you are bound to feel a ...

Lots of useful features, but there is room for improvement

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? VWO offers loads of useful features at a much more affordable cost compared to competitor products which we have also used. The features provide plenty of value to us. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The AB testing part could be improved to clarify the data that is being reported back. This feature is handled well by apps like Optimizely. It is also hard to set up the tests with a buggy editor. Plus, the user ...
