What do you like best? The custom recommendations and deeper dive analytics are very helpful. What do you dislike? I'd appreciate more statistical guidance and power analysis from the VWO team. I'm not confident in the statistical significance calculations within the UI. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're improving our customer experience by making incremental improvements to our website after a/b testing alternatives.

Software broke multiple tests.

We created 3 tests in our first few months and had issues with the software during all of them. The payment process was unacceptably convoluted. All of this resulted in our team spending way too much time trying to troubleshoot the tool and communicating with the VWO sales team. We canceled our account early and sought a refund (which was denied as all of the tests we did weren't conclusive because the software switched variations or didn't show them at all. Its ease of use and the ability to share and document observations make it an excellent tool for cross-departmental CRO efforts. Very good software for CRO and AB…

Very good software for CRO and AB testing. Support is also very very fast in replying and super skilled! You can do basically everything you want. I really enjoy running testing via VWO!

The customer support team is very knowledgeable and responds quickly.

The customer support team is very helpful and easy to reach via chat. I wish they were more flexible in regards to timings for a phone call as the support team is based in India and I am not. There is scope for improvement of Knowledge Base.

Pleasantly surprised

I first started using VWO for the first back in 2016 at the last company that I worked for. Then again in 2018 at a new job and I was pleasantly surprised at the vast improvements they had made around a 1 year period. My first time using VWO I thought they had all the functionality of all the other landing page optimization tools. A Great tool for A/B Testing

What do you like best? The overall tool is structured in a way that helps PMs in optimizing their flow of running the experiments. There are various segmentation options and reporting tools available. Even the customer support team is super quick to solve any queries. What do you dislike? VWO has potental, but could be far better

The Heatmaps only have a fraction of the actual traffic recorded. The recordings are corrupted very often. The A/B testing tool is very temperamental, most of the time to set one up you need to do it 2-3 times from scratch.
