A fantastic experience from the start
A fantastic experience from the start, which included a free trial that was long enough for us to understand the value, a customer service team that bent over backwards during that free trial to help us get things set up properly, and a tool that is intuitive, insightful and valuable.

Best A/B testing and personalization out there!
Using it for more than 6 months now! Really useful for personalization and A/B testing. The analytics feature is great too. The support team has a short response time and they solve close to 100% of all problems that you're facing. Pricing is great and it has help me get more conversions by 67%

User friendly with a huge potential to validate several hypothesis and support growth strategies
What do you like best? Give us autonomy to implement most of the tests without support from a developer or even from a designer, which also increases the speed while scaling the # of growth experiments. In addition, the opportunity of slicing and dicing the reports allow us to get better insights. What do you dislike? The Surveys and heatmaps are really limited in comparison to other tools out there. The Plan functionalities are not so practical because you almost can't customize it, ...

Recommendations to others considering the product Try it out. It's a great tool for testing websites and gaining useful insights. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use VWO to test various changes such as content, pricing, etc.

It's good for technical users
What do you like best? Heatmaps, Recordings, A/B tests have been great for our company. Heatmaps are excellent quick evaluation tools for individual pages. Recordings are good for adding on to that quantitative evaluation with qualitative user experience perspective. What do you dislike? Goals and observations don't seem to be as useful as I initially thought. Observations seem to get in the way of tests. I do observations in other software to get sign off and then I come into VWO to get ...
