Good platform for the money
What do you like best? We looked at several AB testing platforms and VWO came in the best value by far. What do you dislike? Customer support is a bit hard to understand but other than that they are very helpful. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a good paid solution. The price is right but support is the worst and they make it very difficult to cancel
What do you like best? They offer a good set of features for C/R optimizaiton for a great price What do you dislike? Their support is substandard. Very difficult to cancel. Their live support person kept sending me links to do stuff on my own. Then, in the links it directs me to email support - or to request a cancellation - Unbelievable. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A/b testing

Terrible service
Terrible service. Paid 3 months ahead and they're unable to make the integration work. Their technical service is not responsive and seems incompetent,

Nice support and overall nice to have…
Nice support and overall nice to have A/B-testing and heatmaps, recordings in one program.Unfortunately the quota restrictions for A/B testing is too strictly set imo.
