VWO Testing Tool
What do you like best? VWO does a great job of making it simple to A/B test. From simple color changes to much more complex tests that involve changing site functionality, VWO can handle your test. What do you dislike? At first login, VWO can seem complex and some very necessary tools and features are hidden beneath a maze of menus. After much use you learn where things are, but it could definitely be optimized. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Good if you're running frequent, iterative testing
What do you like best? I'm most familiar with VWO and Google Optimize, and although it's great that Optimize is free, there's a few features that make VWO preferable - for one, there's no limit to the number of tests you're running at a time - which is really helpful if you want to run a lot of smaller tests for a longer period of time. VWO also doesn't have automatic end dates for your tests, which is good if you're working with a lower amount of traffic. I also like that VWO allows you ...

Decent but a bit clunky
What do you like best? It is cheap relative to other competitors. It does simple A/B testing well and has useful features for determining the impact of your test. It details out what users are doing/using well so you can generate hypothesis to test What do you dislike? If you change the volume of users on the test it distorts the test in away which does seem consistent with past results. It does not build proper funnel metrics for the test so you can understand why x test is doing ...

Decent tool to run A/B tests
What do you like best? The reporting of goal performance is really helpful. The ability to preview the various versions is also very nice. What do you dislike? The UI is somewhat confusing and a bit clunky at times. We often have to involve technical resources to get simple tests up and running which reduces our testing velocity. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are primarily using VWO to run A/B tests across all facets of our ...

Very powerful for the price
What do you like best? VWO has a ton of functionality and they're constantly updating their platform to make it better. They're very open to new functionality requests. If you're building a CRO program internally or working with an agency, this is a great starting platform. VWO fits just about any size CRO program. Audience segmenting and page targeting can do just about anything you'd like to target. It's a great platform for a CRO agency (which is how I've used the platform). What do ...

Rough around the edges, but does the job
What do you like best? I like that VWO has a fairly robust reporting tool. You are able to segment the data by different types of traffic and audiences. It is fairly straight forward. They provide graphs that look great, but you can't zoom in. I know it is cheaper than other platforms, which is great for our company. What do you dislike? There can be weird glitches on the numbers sometimes. It will say that there is a lift in a test variation, but the conversion rate will be lower than ...

Great software for testing
What do you like best? VWO makes it easy to analyze social results and segment data by device or region to understand impacts for each customer segment. What do you dislike? Sometimes can cause a flicker. Requires updating/maintaining tracking. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Increasing conversions on our website. We've seen some great lifts with our results.

The best value split testing tool I have used
What do you like best? VWO packs lots of features into a small price. The code editor is robust, the visual editor is apt (when needed), and the reporting is sufficient for the vast majority of CRO products. Even more, the tool costs FAR less than the other enterprise systems out there. What do you dislike? Not sure if this is due to an out-of-country product team, but the tool has random bouts of downtime and disruption that interrupts our workflow. Last week, the projected impact of ...
