Ease of usage and tech. support

What do you like best? We use JS only mode and it is very easy to modify the page and whenever I am not sure about anything you tech. support is a click away. What do you dislike? If I have two accounts open in two tabs and test ids are same sometimes one code overwrites the other. I think it is better to have unique test ids What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it for AB testing, it helps in making a design decision.

Accurate and intuitive data, room for improvement in UI naviagtion

What do you like best? creating tests, plugging in Analytics data and comparing results. What do you dislike? The internal navigation of a test can be a maze and the layers of sub-menu have a lot of clicks that feel unnecessary. Only able to have one admin and when needing to code at times I'm locked out of editing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Detailed metrics from users that help explain goals and steer future product development What problems are you ...

A great option for A/B testing

What do you like best? We use VWO Testing at our digital marketing agency. It is very user-friendly to make adjustments for the A/B tests and set up goals to track. The visual editor is really a life saver- that way we don't have to have our development team help with every A/B test we set up. What do you dislike? Sometimes the visual editor can be a bit limiting but overall it is fairly easy to use. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are an agency, or ...

VWO - Good for the price, getting better

What do you like best? VWO has been the go-to A/B/n testing tool for the agency I work for, balancing budget with usability and utility. Personally, I'm comfortable with the interface, and typically find a way to work around the few shortcomings. I know our dev team particularly enjoys the ability to bypass the visual editor and build variants purely in code mode. What do you dislike? The built-in previews are very unreliable, and I haven't ever seen the integrated heatmapping work ...

It's a complete tool

What do you like best? The easy way to create experiments and put them all on the air. I like the analysis that I can do in segmentation and other reports too. What do you dislike? The lack of a way to validate all of RegEX, during the creation of the test. I fell that if you have a doubt about the product, you have to apply too much time to resolve the problem. Recommendations to others considering the product: Create a validation process to never miss time with experiments ...

Solid A/B Testing Tool

What do you like best? VWO helps you get running with A/B tests and all kinds of other data-driven marketing programs very quickly. Good range of features. Friendly interface too. What do you dislike? There have been some technical issues with using it (utm passing) and the customer service isn't that great from my experience. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Need to prove out winning landing pages on SEM campaigns and continually ...

VWO - Conversions at a glance

What do you like best? Love the basic UI and reporting. Very easy to glance at and see a high level overview of the existing tests What do you dislike? I wish more of the granular data was visible on the UI (IE: devices, OS Systems). I also wish we were able to do multi-dimension segmentation Recommendations to others considering the product: Great for implementation and segmenting on variants. But we find that the export data is better to work with at a granular level. What ...

Long Time User, Love the Software

What do you like best? I find VWO set up to be pretty intuitive, it's easy to understand what everything is What do you dislike? Editing and moving elements can be difficult, and sometimes needs CSS. Menus could be reorganized. Often I know what I want to change, but can't find where it's located Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider that the editing tool can be very finiky without web CSS help. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...
