Ease of usage and tech. support

What do you like best? We use JS only mode and it is very easy to modify the page and whenever I am not sure about anything you tech. support is a click away. What do you dislike? If I have two accounts open in two tabs and test ids are same sometimes one code overwrites the other. I think it is better to have unique test ids What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it for AB testing, it helps in making a design decision.

Accurate and intuitive data, room for improvement in UI naviagtion

What do you like best? creating tests, plugging in Analytics data and comparing results. What do you dislike? The internal navigation of a test can be a maze and the layers of sub-menu have a lot of clicks that feel unnecessary. What do you like best? It's nice to be able to give our clients tangible results based on metrics that we can test. Helps make our decisions mean something. What do you dislike? VWO - Good for the price, getting better

What do you like best? VWO has been the go-to A/B/n testing tool for the agency I work for, balancing budget with usability and utility. Personally, I'm comfortable with the interface, and typically find a way to work around the few shortcomings.
