Balanced Tool

What do you like best? Its flexible nature and the integration options it provides. The a/b testing features are great, the heatmapping tools are also useful. Having the ability to access everything in one place can really help with efficiency. For a lot of people starting out with a/b testing this is a great choice, it give you enough tools to do a great job without being overwhelming. What do you dislike? I don't like the fact that you cannot segment goals. This can be annoying ...

The best value split testing tool I have used

What do you like best? VWO packs lots of features into a small price. The code editor is robust, the visual editor is apt (when needed), and the reporting is sufficient for the vast majority of CRO products. Even more, the tool costs FAR less than the other enterprise systems out there. What do you dislike? Not sure if this is due to an out-of-country product team, but the tool has random bouts of downtime and disruption that interrupts our workflow. Last week, the projected impact of ...

Easy to use CRO tool

What do you like best? VWO is very easy to use to set up both website and app-side tests. The app is pretty much ready to use with a/b, split and multivariate tests. The editor is also easy to use to make changes. The updated interface is also nice. What do you dislike? Pricing isn't fixed and requires account management to get custom pricing. More features to do testing prior to pushing the test live. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Great tool for getting some quick insight

What do you like best? The guidance documents are excellent and the support provided is always spot on. What do you dislike? I don't always fully understand how to set tests up to make sure I'm measuring what I want to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Optimising layout options and CTAs. Making little tweaks to pages to make them perform better.

Solid A/B Testing Tool

What do you like best? VWO helps you get running with A/B tests and all kinds of other data-driven marketing programs very quickly. Good range of features. Friendly interface too. When it comes to getting a solid A/B testing and user tracking tool without spending a ton, VWO is a good option. I run a team that is split across countries and we're using it effectively every day to optimize our SEM campaigns. What do you dislike? There have been some technical issues with using it (utm ...

It's a great tool for those who are early on in the maturity of their optimisation program

What do you like best? Visualisation of the results - makes it easy to interpret The price is very competitive compared to the likes of optimizely and adobe What do you dislike? You're unable to track complex goals which you can achieve in optimizely Recommendations to others considering the product: Great tool if you do not need to track complex goals Very competitive price What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able ...

Powerful tools, weird UX

What do you like best? The JavaScript and CSS editing tools are great, and have really streamlined our workflow. The reporting is excellent. And the click-and-edit interface allows our performance team to create simple tests without disrupting our developers. What do you dislike? The UX for creating and managing tests is... really peculiar. The wizard to start a test is restrictive and isn't intuitive to our particular workflow. This actively makes our work more difficult, but is ...

Good AB testing tool.

What do you like best? Possibilities to setup multiple tests on multiple sites/pages at the same time. Also it is quite easy to work with since its all built with jQuery. It's possible to use plain Javascript as well though. And that we can schedule all of our tests. What do you dislike? The way jQuery works with VWO. VWO uses a different way to implement the jQuery code. Not as you've been used to. Also the loading time varies, sometimes the site loads earlier than the script its ...

Decent tool to run A/B tests

What do you like best? The reporting of goal performance is really helpful. The ability to preview the various versions is also very nice. What do you dislike? The UI is somewhat confusing and a bit clunky at times. We often have to involve technical resources to get simple tests up and running which reduces our testing velocity. The integrations with other tools are sometimes difficult to get setup and require quite a bit of technical resourcing. Recommendations to others ...

Very User Friendly And Powerful!

What do you like best? How easy it is to use. No problems figuring out how to run different tests. I also love how easy and visual the test reporting and analysis is. What do you dislike? It lacks some of the features and power that tools like Adobe Target offers. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is awesome. Try it out! I haven't had any problems with it before. It is very user-friendly and the visual editor works well. The visual editor will allow you to ...
