Do its job in a decent way
What do you like best? - JS/CSS Editor - It's quite robust and if implemented correctly & with know-how - fast to use. - Multi-goal option with comparison goal feature - Simple UI What do you dislike? - If you want to do the Split URL testing on multiple specific pages that meets the criteria and RegEx, you need to hack the implementation quite a lot - The debug/preview function is not accurate and it's hard to use. It's easier for me to just look at the cookies to validate if ...

Powerful Resource for A/B Testing with a Company Attitude of Being Community Leaders
What do you like best? I use a variety of different features VWO offers. -A/B Testing A/B Testing, Split Testing, and MVT Testing are all available here. The platform is powerful enough to provide insights via heatmaps and reporting. I am definitely maximizing the number of goals to reporting that I can to have the highest accuracy when making changes to the website based on realtime data. It's easy to use for any run-of-the-mill experiment, but can be complex should you decide to run ...

Inexpensive, easy to get started.
What do you like best? VWO has a pretty intuitive interface. I really like the fact that it has heatmaps and session recordings built-in. Basic experiment setup is quick, and the learning curve is pretty light to do some basic experiments. Having the option to preview various mobile devices in addition to tablets is a nice feature. One nice feature (within the Personalization module) is having custom lists for targeting. What do you dislike? If you have a site based on React, it can ...

Good tool for A/B Testing, some limitations
What do you like best? VWO is pretty easy to get tests up and running. It also doesn't lock you into a WYSIWYG editor, so you can do a lot of customization to support other integrations. I know that a lot of tools want to push their functions for "so simple anyone can do it", but sometimes they don't actually allow for advanced users to get in there and actually manipulate the code... We use mostly customized code for our tests, creating the JS and CSS changes in our own editors and ...

Great support. Accurate results, dashboards are very clear and easy to explain to your clients
What do you like best? The support en quick response of the technical team. They create a duplicate of your test within a few minutes and help you set up the test as much as possible. What do you dislike? It would be great - as an agency - if you could create dashboards for your several clients and check the total progression in conversion rate based on the tests you've done. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Definitely improving ...

One of the best all round CRO tools; long established, robust and with a great feature stack.
What do you like best? The dashboard is easy to use and has many useful vies to extract maximum insight. What do you dislike? Although VWO has a very good heatmapping and survey function, it's somewhat annoying that the integrations are not more varied. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've been using VWO for nearly a decade. We've successfully increased conversions on a variety of B2B and eCommerce sites.

Great help to understand nuanced changes
What do you like best? Easy to use. I can set up a daily a/b test on copywriting in a few minutes. What do you dislike? Not much. Super easy to setup and have not had to contact support at all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to test copywriting on our sales page to determine the number of people going to cart/checkout and revenue totals by comparing two versions of the copy mostly. I've also used it to test may design ...

Relatively easy to use testing platform but with some unreliability
What do you like best? The visual editor for those without css/html expertise makes testing much smoother where you may otherwise encounter bottlenecks caused by resource issues. The ability to integrate with analytics packages such as Google Analytics is also great. This makes it far easier to integrate test data into dashboards with a wider range of metrics and complete much deeper analysis. What do you dislike? Often have issues with the previews for testing not always matching the ...
