It simply works

What do you like best? Works great both for Split URL testing and A/B testing. Also, their webinars and articles offer tons of ideas and best practices. What do you dislike? Reporting is not always accurate, but should be fine if calibrated with analytics stats. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managed to improve the platform, by integrating the validated hypothesis into the design and structure.

VWO = World-Class Capability in a Simple Package

What do you like best? VWO gives you all the most powerful A/B testing capabilities in a super simple to use package. It takes me less than 5-minutes (usually) to log in and set up any test I want, across my entire site. VWO is easy enough for any member of our team to use, but powerful enough that our smartest team members can't fully utilize all it's amazing features :) What do you dislike? Price is the only downside of this tool -- but you get what you pay for! Recommendations ...

Very intuitive and simple to use

What do you like best? VWO editor is easy to use and has a lot of options. Changes take place immediately and most importantly it works everytime. What do you dislike? End to end funnel reporting needs to be made simpler. It is hard to track conversions from the campaign. You have to build separate funnels to track conversions and those funnels do not work specific to a campaign. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to implement and the support provided is ...

Good tool, though expectedly tough UX and service being an india-based company

What do you like best? The tool is very flexible, both for technical and non-technical users. I like that I can use it by myself to spin up super simple copy tests, which I do. What do you dislike? It can be a bit slow though, so being patient is key. It's just not blazing fast on the reporting, ever. Especially if you start creating segments to look at results on. Customer service is friendly but the language barrier is super frustrating. What problems are you solving with the ...

Price Effective Testing

What do you like best? It is very simple to initiate many types of tests. From split testing, to A/B and multivariate testing, users can begin experimenting super quickly without much overhead. What do you dislike? The reporting feedback loop is a little slow. The data does not update as quickly as we'd like for test results. Recommendations to others considering the product: You will not be disappointed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Quick and Easy

What do you like best? its lightweight, easy to get setup, not a lot of overhead and they are quick to respond What do you dislike? not much, it works well like most of these tools, if you have a lot of traffic you pay more. Wish there was a better way to do the pricing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? just being able to make our website better than before by A/B testing and seeing what performs.

Smartly engineered, easy to install, and predictable UI

What do you like best? Predictable UI. Easy to implement. Useful explanations. What do you dislike? The Hypothesis seems unnecessary. It carried no meaning. The hypothesis was the same for each text. That text didn't determine how tests were carried out, and how to interpret the results. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basic UI/UX testing to different pages and components.

Easy to Use, Easy to Improve Web KPIs

What do you like best? The editor is incredibly to manage. The addition of heat maps and click maps for research and understanding where new tests can be created is also helpful. The ability to create goals and understand how tests are progressing is great. Following tests and watching the metrics improve is wonderful. Their statistical model is quite clear and well represented so you don't feel like it's a black box. Multiple metrics for testing also create a larger view of how a test is ...

The best out of the box choice for intermediates

What do you like best? The testing interface is relatively simple to use, and the way they integrate the observation and hypothesis into the everyday execution and planing of the process is as helpful as it is educational for newer practicioners. What do you dislike? VWO is an outstanding tool to use, but with that out of the gate. Certain scenarios can be hard for the tool to cover. Such as if your site is developed in a subpar way or with old technologies, which is less on VWO´s ...

VWO Testing: Game Changer

What do you like best? I really like that I can create and execute tests without my development team. What do you dislike? We struggle with getting the volume of traffic to our pages to scientifically get results on tests. I wish there were more guidance or best practices on how to execute tests with smaller amounts of traffic. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are improving our click-thru rates, conversions to campaigns and ...
