An amazing piece of software.

PROS: Its got great features and design. Customer feedback is something every user would appreciate. This can help out with company growth, which can lead to development of new business models. Brining in machine-based learning mixed with usage helps cater customer needs while retaining and growing the customer base. A chat tool that’s customer-friendly.

PROS: Userlike is a tool that's simple to utilize. We were able to quickly learn, carry out, and get the software maintained. All that's needed is to figure out the best practices. Functionality is clearly broken down. CONS: Userlike is organized in a concise manner. But we have one thing to suggest. Offline messages should be up front, not concealed. If you're not the kind to proactivel look into any message, you'll likely miss out on any news.

"Quick to integrate and good at what it does"

What do you like best about Userlike? Overall UserLike is a great choice to quickly add live chat presence to your website. Changes made to chat widgets propagate automatically so there's no need to change code after you add the widget to your page for the first time. What do you dislike about Userlike? "Works great"

What do you like best about Userlike? We have integrates userlike within a few minutes and it works great. What do you dislike about Userlike? It would be great if there would be an app that sends me a push message if somebody needs something. Having a browser window open all day during work is fine but I would offer my instant replies also at evenings and weekends where I am not in front of my computer. What do you like best about Userlike? The system was very quick and easy to set up and allows customisation for my site colours. Support team are great too! What do you dislike about Userlike? When I tried to be available on my Mobile, it would log me out when the phone went to sleep What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you? Trialing the system to see if having online chat increases sales. Too early to tell if it helps

What do you like best about Userlike? Userlike helped us to setup the right customer support within 30 minutes. We could integrate the chat function without any hassle or problems.
