What do you like best about Userlike? The chance to intensify our customer dialog and streamline the work processes within the sales team at the same time What do you dislike about Userlike? That even the "easy to understand" tutorials and explanations use so many IT language and are - IMHO - still too much tech talk for ordinary users. But maybe knowing what widgets are, where to find a >body tag< and how to implement codes are essential these days, lol. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best about Userlike? The simple way to implement the tool on your website. What do you dislike about Userlike? You need to spend some time to get to know the tool. What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting in contact via contact formular is hard for many people, chatting makes it much easier for both sides.

"Refreshing approach to live chat!"
What do you like best about Userlike? Userlike is definitely refreshing in comparison to it's counterparts like Intercom. Great UX overall and the interface is clean, simple and self-explanatory. In addition, unlike most of the chat services available in today's marketplace, Userlike can be leveraged through other ecosystems including Microsoft 365, especially during an unprecedented, public healthcare crisis such as COVID-19 where remote working is the norm. What do you like best about Userlike? The software is easy to use and clients really like beeing in contact with us by chat. What do you dislike about Userlike? There is an app missing for mobile or MAC What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you? Picking up our clients where there are on our website.

What do you like best about Userlike? Ease of use in relationship to technical cutting edge feel it provides. What do you dislike about Userlike? Cost of upgrade for my small enterprise, wish there was a more affordable upgrade - willing to sacrifice professional features. What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you? Engages potential members personally. Helps my non profit organization reach others by giving them a tailored, branded experience while identifying felt needs.

What do you like best about Userlike? it integrated quite easily into our squarespace site What do you dislike about Userlike? Cant say there is anything to dislike.perhaps would be good to have integration to a crm What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you? giving customers quick answers without waiting for callbacks and responses to forms. and some people do prefer chat over call

What do you like best about Userlike? The user interface its the simplest I've seen so far. We decide to start using Userlike because it's very easy to implement, very detailed guidelines. What do you dislike about Userlike? They do not have Whatsapp integration at this moment. What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you? I did not have any problems understanding the instructions and appreciate they were written for people without tech training. What do you dislike about Userlike?
