"Super fast setup, clean layout, easy to install and nice to use"
What do you like best about Userlike? The Setup was super easy and we are enjoying the free trial on our website. What do you dislike about Userlike? Unfortunately the Analytics are not part of the cheapest subscription. Not even a few numbers.. it would be nice to see at least the overall number of chats and messages... What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you? We are getting more information about the need of our customers and see how they navigate through our website.

"Great Live Chat Tool!"
What do you like best about Userlike? Awesome customer support and easy to use tool! What do you dislike about Userlike? Only thing - that they do not have an App yet, in which you can interact with your customers! What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you? Our own customer service will be much better and interactive now. We are very positive that our conversions will increase thanks to the live chat implementation!

What do you like best about Userlike? Die Installation ist einfach gestaltet, die Konfiguration übersichtlich und selbsterklärend. Die gebotenen Features sind absolut ausreichend. Ein Plus ist die DSVGO freundliche Lösung. What do you dislike about Userlike? Leider ist das Preisniveau im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Chat-Systemen nicht sehr ansprechend. What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you? Der Chat wird von unseren Kunden gut angenommen und erhöht unsere Service-Qualität.
