What do you like best about Userlike? Easy setup and quick integration with my website. What do you dislike about Userlike? Lack of mobile integration, so if you ever leave your desk, you are likely to miss some messages. The pricing model is pretty steep. What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you? Apart from the limitation mentioned above, I think that the product is great. I have used too short to be able to prove its value.

"Very useful chat-tool"

What do you like best about Userlike? Various functions, very simple and understandable. It is a very powerful tool at all and its helping us to get more leads through our website. Especially now during the time when shops are closed and the customers have more detailed questions. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? What I love about it is how simple it is to handle. It's highly intuitive. What do you like best about Userlike? Quick and easy setup. Hosted in Germany (GDPR conformity) What do you dislike about Userlike? Free Plan offers too little functionality, paid plans are rather expensive. Recommendations to others considering Userlike: Very UserFriendly. Both to implement and for day-to-day usage. One the best live chat tools around!

PROS: We're a startup based in Europe. We're part of the e-recruitment space. We wanted to opt for a live chat for extended periods. I'm happy to have finally landed on Userlike since it's Germany-based, has everything we want, and works wonderfully. CONS: In all honesty, the settings page appears to be a little quirky in the initial going. It won't show much a previeew of the widget.
