What do you like best about Updox? UPDOX has provided a secure system that simplifies our ability to connect with patients & send secure documents if needed. It has been a great tool for adding a layer of value for our office. What do you dislike about Updox? The video calls did not always connect well & some patient phones do not allow the text messages to go through. What do you like best about Updox? I like the ease of access. Easy to navigate the site. What do you dislike about Updox? I can not say there is anything I dislike about it. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems with Updox. Definitely, a benefit that you can see what has been sent or routed. Easy to track down what you are searching for.

What do you like best about Updox? The only thing that's convenient is it connects well to Practice Fusion What do you dislike about Updox? Contacting them is difficult to do and their response time is slow. I frequently hear from clients that they fax us something and we never received it or they tell me our fax line is busy. "Good when it works"
What do you like best about Updox? Secure messaging and text templates, the Ability to add patients to the waiting room. What do you dislike about Updox? The video connection takes a while to get connected. We don't have a lot of experience on the patient side but we hear a lot from patients that they are having problems getting connected. or sometime Patient tells us that on the website it says that they are waiting on a doctor but we don't them online on our end, Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best about Updox? Secure messaging, digital forms, scheduling through the patient portal, extremely easy to find anything for any patient just by searching.
