"Updox is very user friendly, fast, and efficient."
What do you like best about Updox? Routing options make it very convenient when sending documents. What do you dislike about Updox? It is not my preference when duplicate documents are sent repeatedly. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? Documents sent to our electronic fax by mistake allow me to send a fax back to the sender. Benefits discovered that you could actually find the appropriate person or team fax was initially meant to be faxed.

What do you like best about Updox? Nothing to like about this company; they kept charging me for 2 1/2 months after I asked them to cancel my service. What do you dislike about Updox? What do you like best about Updox? The ability to save directly to our patient's chart and already cataloged along with the ability to sign or not sign off on the document. What do you dislike about Updox? I wish UPDOX would be able to tag a note in the chart of Greenway if it was faxed and show who it was faxed to. "Wonderful Multi Functional Platform"
What do you like best about Updox? I love the Updox Printer. It makes sending faxes a breeze. What do you dislike about Updox? I'm not sure there is anything I dislike. I've used several other similar platforms, and Updox is the easiest to use. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to send member's their medical records securely through the Updox Patient Portal.

What do you like best about Updox? I like that I can view my inbox anytime, and I have complete control over what comes in. What do you dislike about Updox? I'm not too fond of the fact that it takes me a long time to find my archive mail. What do you like best about Updox? Updox makes it very easy to receive and connect results, referrals, pharmacy requests directly to the EMR. What do you dislike about Updox? I find that the way the files are moved around and continue to appear when they are being sent to the EMR is redundant, once I send it I don't want to see it anymore, maybe those notifications (pink) can go to a hidden folder that would be accessible when needed.
