What do you like best about Updox? How many things I can do with the product! I can do telehealth, fax, make PDF's! What do you dislike about Updox? I haven't found any. It could be easier but once you get the hang of it, its very nice! Recommendations to others considering Updox: Do it! I will be one of the best decisions you've made! What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? See my patients by telehealth and electronic faxing are real time and manpower savers.

What do you like best about Updox? We've found Updox relatively easy to learn and straightforward to use. It's filled the role we've needed it to with regard to patient communications, reminders, and forms. What do you dislike about Updox? Building forms in Updox can be tedious and could have more customization options. It's inconvenient that Updox can't communicate both ways with DrChrono, but I think that's a DrChrono issue. "Combines several functions into one!"
What do you like best about Updox? I can receive faxes, review and annotate the faxes and send them to the practice fusion chart all via a single web portal What do you dislike about Updox? Unable to send prefilled forms to patients just to have them sign. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? updox saves me the hassle of having to use numerous web portals or print and scan just to work with patient documents.

What do you like best about Updox? I love everything about updox. It keeps us organized with faxes. What do you dislike about Updox? I don't particularly appreciate it when the system is down, but for the most part, we never have a problem. Recommendations to others considering Updox: I will recommend updox, its very useful and fast to use not complicated at all What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? At the moment, no problems.
