What do you like best about Updox? I like the ease of UpDox. It is all very user-friendly! Having it integrated directly into Practice Fusion has been extremely helpful as well. What do you like best about Updox? THAT IS VERY DETAILED AND EASY LEARNING FOR SOMEONE NEW LEARNING THE SYSTEM. "Great HIPAA complaint fax option with lots of room for growth and added features."
What do you like best about Updox? I love the ability to "tag" things and create customized workflows within Updox. It streamlines the fax process. What do you dislike about Updox? The custom form feature could use some work, and a few little things like the ability to delete old fax coversheets would be really helpful. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? Internal messaging and the ability to label, tag, and comment on faxes has been so helpful.

What do you like best about Updox? We save money on paper since our faxes come directly into Updox and then to our EMR. Love that I can send items from different programs to Updox then fax as one document. Fax confirmations are so very helpful! What do you dislike about Updox? What do you like best about Updox? All of the faxes are in one location! It helps everyone to keep an eye on things that are being faxed to the clinic! What do you dislike about Updox? There isn't really anything that I dislike about using updox. It's a very helpful tool to have. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? Updox allows our company to receive faxes without the paper mess.

What do you like best about Updox? Updox is very reliable. I have had absolutely no problem getting a fax to send immediately. What do you dislike about Updox? There is only thing I could recommend as an improvement . When sending a fax, there is a list of common numbers to fax to which is great, but I have to enter the number I am faxing from every time. What do you like best about Updox? I love the fact that you are able to create forms, digital forms for clients to complete. It has increased the form completion by probably 40%. What do you dislike about Updox? Sometimes it crashes and doesn't work here and there. We get through the downtimes, but that probably happens with multiple tech platforms. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? Everything coming through one place has streamlined our workflow.

What do you like best about Updox? The most helpful thing about Updox is that you can view everything in one spot. All of your faxes, emails, texts, etc. You can respond via Updox and send items to patient's charts all in one location..It saves time when you don't have to check multiple inboxes/faxes/sites.
