What do you like best about Updox? It is so user friendly it is easy to train a new employee when needed. What do you dislike about Updox? What do you like best about Updox? Updox is very easy to use to send text messages to my patients. It even allows for attachments and links so I can send them additional information. It seems to be a very secure site and I can access from both work and home. What do you dislike about Updox? What do you like best about Updox? It's easy to understand and helpful for the office. What do you dislike about Updox? Everything makes sense to me, there isn't anything I dislike from Updox. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? I do not know of any issues or problems happening right now with updox. I seem to get through very well.

"Perfect compliment to my EHR"
What do you like best about Updox? Easily interfaces with my Practice Fusion. What do you dislike about Updox? Having to be on hold for technical support. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? I love being able to sign and return send faxes without ever printing the document.

What do you like best about Updox? I love how Updox allows hippa-compliant communication with patients. It allows us to host forms. and gather the information needed before an appointment so we can better serve our patients time-wise when they arrive in the office. I wish we could send invitations out with preferred names, rather than legal names. What do you like best about Updox? Being able to drop reports etc directly into a chart without scanning. Being able to fax directly from the system. Having my own fax number for other offices to send things to me directly. What do you dislike about Updox? The only thing I don't like is having to use the/ with dates of birth, in our system we don't use them so when switching back and forth I usually forget. Otherwise I have no complaints. What do you like best about Updox? Time and energy, uploading made so easy, I do enjoy faxing and uploading from Updox it makes my life paperless, and I hate paperwork. What do you dislike about Updox? When the process of uploading slows down. Working on the issues and taking care of the problem immediately. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? Telehealth was the best idea ever to be to able see your Doctor from the comfort of your home. Yes

Sometimes logging into the system is difficult--for whatever reason, the webpage won't load. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? I get to see all faxes at a glance--can quickly answer what needs to be done, and then easily send them to be stored in the EMR

What do you like best about Updox? Updox "fills the gaps" that my current EHR doesn't provide or provide well - HIPAA compliant messaging, faxing, televisits, and online new patient form completion. What do you dislike about Updox? Currently, I have to go through each consent form, name it, connect it to the patient chart, sign it, then send it.
