What do you like best about Updox? Convenience. The HIPAA-compliant capability to do a telemed visit and document in the patient's chart at the same time is great! What do you dislike about Updox? It's difficult to get ahold of customer service immediately. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? Using our e-fax has been a blessing in disguise. I think several other benefits while using Updox and I haven't begun to use them yet. ex: e-signature

"I really dont have any problems with UpDox. Just a few issues that are somewhat frustrating."
What do you like best about Updox? That I see all the faxes that come in and can print the ones I need to scan into chart. The rest I can separate and send to who they belong to. I am not sure about competitors because I have never worked with this type of program. I always faxed and received manually, so this is convenient, easier and faster than what I am used to. What do you like best about Updox? I like the fact that when you fax something and receive the confirmation in real-time. Updox also allows you to s route documents to the pt's chart, providers, and more! What do you dislike about Updox? "Efficient and reliable"
What do you like best about Updox? I like the convienience. It's like an email inbox and tracks sent faxes What do you dislike about Updox? No print to fax option. You have to save to pdf and then upload. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? We have not reached out to them with an issue that needs solving that hasn't been corrected

What do you like best about Updox? That they offer multiple services. Being able to get our fax service, call reminders for patients and telehealth services in one program is wonderful. "Huge simplification in my life!"
What do you like best about Updox? It is so easy for me to review the many incoming faxes and sort for future use. What do you dislike about Updox? Having an alphabetical search for archived files would be handy. I understand that video visit capability may be added. The system makes it possible to streamline many functions. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? Saving me lots of time, paper, ink and TIME!
