What do you like best about Updox? The patient portal is functional, and so is texting and video conferencing (when it works). What do you dislike about Updox? For a medical software charging over 400-500$ a month, there should be a dedicated support phone line for paying clients. EVERY SINGLE TIME we have an issue and open the "web chat" (it's of course, during a critical moment where a patient is trying to connect and we need support now, not in 24hrs. ) by the time support tries to help ...

What do you like best about Updox? Updox helps us here at Oak St. Health receive our faxes quicker, and we are also able to upload information right from the updox portal. What do you dislike about Updox? Im not sure what is my least favorite feature as I currently dont have one. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves the problem of having to wait on faxes from a fax machine and having to scan in documents.

What do you like best about Updox? It is fast and efficient to send to outside sources. What do you dislike about Updox? It does not show if the recipient received the fax. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? We are making sure all faxes are sent to the patient's care team promptly.

I cannot send the documents to the Provider What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? It is not benefiting me. I have to have someone else send the documents to the Provider for me or print them out for me

"its real easy to navigate"
What do you like best about Updox? being able to use the different tabs/tags for individual employees. What do you dislike about Updox? sometimes it gets real slow, and blinks in and out What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? it is easier for our nurses to separate each of the documents as they come in.

"It was a learning experience"
What do you like best about Updox? I like the fact that I can sort it by dates of service, or patient names. What do you dislike about Updox? It will crash without warning, and that makes my job harder. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves the problem of less paperwork, that is a benefit I can scan straight from my computer.
