What do you like best about Updox? Many different modules for my practice (including faxing, scanning, secure texting and emailing) which help tremendously with patient communication What do you dislike about Updox? General text with no PHI is limited to 140 characters. Very limited. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? Easiest way to contact patients. Most prefer texts and this makes it easy to contac them

"Updox cures fax fatigue!"
What do you like best about Updox? Updox's interface and integration with our EHR (Practice Fusion) is so easy and intuitive. As a medical office, we were getting so many redundant faxes, were wastign a ton of paper, and most improtantly were wasting a ton of time getting faxes, scanning them, then moving into patient files. "Updox greatly improved our communication with patients and office efficiency."
What do you like best about Updox? Easy to use. Secure. The forms feature is fabulous. What do you dislike about Updox? The SMS only allows 140 characters. I wish this can be extended. Also, when patients send a form, it would be nice to be able to reply directly to it. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? HIPAA compliant messaging. Online patient registration forms and secure communications that allow for patients to communicate with us 24/7 in a cost effective way

What do you like best about Updox? With Updox, all our incoming reports and faxes can be loaded straight into our EMR system. We use it exclusively for our faxes in and out. The patient portal makes it easier to communicate with our patients because they can send and receive messages through the Updox portal. What do you dislike about Updox? What do you like best about Updox? Streamlining all of our forms for patients to fill out online. Cuts down the cost of paper supplies and printer ink significantly. What do you dislike about Updox? I haven't found any downsides to using Updox. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? By creating all of our patient forms on Updox, we are speeding up the check in process. We are definitely more efficient in our processes.

What do you like best about Updox? Updox is great! i love how we can fax, utilize our EMR all in once click! What do you dislike about Updox? id like to see check boxes on what the users can and cannot access What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? printing! updox solved that issue for us, we can have our physician sign directly on the updox. literally we can sign, fax, and pull to emr all at once. saves us a lot of time!
