What do you like best about Updox? With Updox, all our incoming reports and faxes can be loaded straight into our EMR system. We use it exclusively for our faxes in and out. What do you like best about Updox? Updox's interface and integration with our EHR (Practice Fusion) is so easy and intuitive. As a medical office, we were getting so many redundant faxes, were wastign a ton of paper, and most improtantly were wasting a ton of time getting faxes, scanning them, then moving into patient files. What do you like best about Updox? Updox makes everything easier. In a healthcare industry, it is imperative to keep patient records organized. Updox makes this so much easier. What do you dislike about Updox? I have zero complaints about Updox! I have recommended it to our sister companies and they use it now too. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? Updox allows us to track and manage outgoing patient orders with ease.

What do you like best about Updox? The simplicity of faxing without the need for additional hardware. The faxes generally always go through. I LOVE the ability to sent only an online fax. What do you dislike about Updox? There is always an issue causing slowness, although they are fairly worked out quickly. What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you? Faxing without clogging up lines, fixed issues with copper lines.
