the chatbot was fantastically useful--…
the chatbot was fantastically useful-- it quickly narrowed down my problem, provided instructions, and connected me with a solution. Two days earlier I went down the same route and got a less useful answer-- a similar solution, but one that involved me finding the address for and contacting support myself. I was very impressed when, after gritting my teeth to implement the solution, the bot had been updated to solve the problem and contact support on my behalf.

My issue was handled in less than 24…
My issue was handled in less than 24 hrs and I was back up and running!

Good with some significant limitations
I like having everything in one place, but there are major limitations to the browser. For example, I can't use my Gmail boomerang extension because the pop-up doesn't appear. It also times me out for links that I need to use SSO for. Lastly, some of the online software I use for work doesn't fully work in Shift but works in Chrome.
