Good concept, but...
in theory very handy, but the download manager for Outlook is very, very, very, VERY poor. Downloads of attachments over 4-5MB often fail and I need to try 4,5,6..10 times until the download is successful. Alternatively, I open Outlook desktop and download it from there, or save to OneDrive and download from OneDrive. That really beats the whole idea! Since latest update, downloads sometimes just don't happen at all, regardless of size of attachment. Very annoying. Requires serious improvement.

Great idea, platform still glitchy
I love the concept of Shift but I still encounter numerous issues with the platform which ultimately leads me to use a regular internet browser. The platform is very slow, some of my accounts simply do not load, and my extensions have to be uninstalled and reinstalled often.

Love the platform
Love the platform, just wish you wouldn't have made the change to make your default account non-movable.
