Great software even BETTER people
great software but even better people in the support team. i had an issue that i couldn't find the answer to online so i requested direct support and they sent a zoom link and we fixed the issue :) amazing people and very knowledgeable!!!

Product removed main feature after purchase
When I first purchased this product, the most useful feature was the workspaces for me. Since then, they have removed it and it has been close to a year without that feature, rendering the platform pretty bare bones and not worth the money, especially when I'm having to relog in constantly anyway and tabs from one device won't carry over to another device. I wouldn't have purchased nor did I intend to renew the program if I knew that it would be missing these features for a while. Not to ...

In the main this is a great app for freelancers. I can collate all of my clients apps in one window and monitor multiple incoming sources at once. It’s sometimes a little glitchy and no mobile version yet. 🤞🏻

This is the best software ever…
This is the best software every business owner should have. I have been using Shift now for over 3 years and I can't do without it. It saves me time and money for sure. I don't have to keep going to different browsers to find what I am looking for. All the main software's I use are in Shift for easy access. If you are a business owner and have several emails or softwares you need to get to, you need Shift.
