What do you like best about Tripleseat? It's user friendly, templates, has weekly webinars, frequent updates, immediate support and response, results you can track, and lots of features. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? I can't use the mobile app for anything except viewing my events. I can't reuse a lead after it has been booked I would like to see the onsite contact in the Chef BEO so I only have to print one instead of printing both BEO and Chef BEO for staff. "Gather is great!"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Customer service is outstanding - the Gather team is always available to answer any questions or walk you through issues What do you dislike about Tripleseat? Some reporting functions are a bit limited What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication within our team has improved- everyone from the General Manager to the Executive Chef has an account and uses the site and app to stay up to date on upcoming events.

"Love Gather"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? The integration. We have 5 locations in our restaurant group and 3 of which have robust event business year-round (over $1M). We need to coordinate between a teams of managers and chefs in different cities to pull off our event and Gather makes that possible. "Gather: A tool to help keep everyone on the same page."

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Before Gather, we had multiple binders to keep track of all our events here at our brewery. This caused us to miss many details and even at times be surprised by groups showing up. "Gather is a great program to keep open communication within our business."

What do you like best about Tripleseat? The ability to add and categorize notes is a fantastic feature. I just learned how to write internal communication notes and that is a really great feature as well! What do you dislike about Tripleseat? What do you like best about Tripleseat? I love the ability to al a carte items. We don't do the usually per person menu but instead you put together your own buffet. What do you like best about Tripleseat? Gather makes it easy for clients to contact, schedule, book, and pay for our venue. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? We often have to manually carry information from Gather to our own calendars. Recommendations to others considering Tripleseat: Their CEO is criminally handsome.
