What do you like best about Tripleseat? The layout of the application- everything is so user friendly and very easy to learn. What do you like best about Tripleseat? Gather makes it easy to track the progress and communication of every event. It allows for outside staff to be able to jump in and catch up with ease. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? I could see Gather having more options to flag events in the internal communication section. I usually take leads down and pass them on to events via gather. What do you like best about Tripleseat? I greatly enjoy the ease of access of the product and it's portability. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? I would like to be able to print chef beos and other documents from my phone or tablet instead of having to log on to a PC What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Tripleseat? Easy to use from different computers. Forms print out nicely. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? Some glitches when using Firefox (my preferred browser). What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? Handling catering and orders for summer months only - so I only use the product about 8 months out of the year. It has helped me stay organized with the parties and leads I'm working on.

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Gather provides tools that help manage and organize each step of the booking process. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? I wish it was easier to find and view past orders and also the search functions can be a bit tedious. What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? We were not able to keep track of who had payment on file or who had approved proposals, but we now have a system based off of the booking status.

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Their customer suport staff is very knowledgeable and always happy to help. Their webinar Wednesdays are useful for new hires and event management support staff. They are always coming up with innovative solutions to make their banquet platform efficient and user friendly!
