The various color-coding of events, that both myself and the client remain up to date at the same time without digging through past quotes and emails, What do you dislike about Tripleseat? "Makes Work Effecient"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? The ability to streamline repetitive communication. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? The inability to copy multiple people on emails from Gather and to list more than one contact for an event. What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to have fewer people involved in the planning process. One person can now handle the workload of two.

"Great Event Scheduling System"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? What I like best it that this system is very user friendly What do you dislike about Tripleseat? The only slight annoyance I find is that deleting menu items can drag out a bit Recommendations to others considering Tripleseat: I've worked with a lot of booking systems and Gather is by far the most user friendly. What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? It's a very quick turn around to send out contracts and attachments.

I do not like that it is not necessarily entirely customizable. What my Gather looks like is essentially what your Gather looks like, just what different events and names. What do you like best about Tripleseat? The quickness in changing contracts, menus, packages & the ease of sending those real-time to clients! What do you dislike about Tripleseat? Need a few tweaks on input / having day of the week on events - not allowing a wrong year to revert events backward. What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? Quickness getting clients to contract - deposits made through the system save us time - easy to add new packaging and menus
