"Super user friendly CRM system "

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Easy to use for my employees, we are able to get them trained on the system in 2 short training sessions. The whole Gather team is super helpful and very quick to respond to questions. They take suggestions and actual make changes to their system accordingly when it makes sense. What do you like best about Tripleseat? It is extremely easy to print out any of the necessary BEOs and forms. The ease of communication between our event planner and the restaurant is great. What do you like best about Tripleseat? The speed of the website. There's a lot of information to move around and edit and it's fast enough where it doesn't lag at all or takes a while to save changes. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? The daily emails are a bit annoying as they crowd my in inbox. What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? We're solving how to balance private events between 2 different restaurants with the simplest model

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Love having all of our bookings in one spot. Organized and be able to send proposals to leads! What do you dislike about Tripleseat? Would like more control on the calendar syncing side of things. What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization is always a struggle and this is really helping out on our bookings and rentals side.

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Ability to store documents in one place, view calendar for future bookings, use app on phone for offsite events. It has been great to have an integrated system between our events manager and kitchen team to create order sheets in a more streamlined way. What do you dislike about Tripleseat?
