Stellar Customer Service
The customer service of TherapyNotes has always been top notch as far as them being polite as well as helping you navigate the problem you called them about. I have spoken with other customer service reps from other software vendors and they come across as rude and put off that they are being contacted for help. NOT TherapyNotes!! You can tell they are there for you and want your business!

TN as an EHR works seamlessly
TN as an EHR works seamlessly. Their HELP pages are clear and easy to find. When I've had to call CS for further clarification, its quick and always a REAL person. They are kind and very helpful. I highly recommend TN.
