Five Stars for the product and the support!
Every experience that I've had with the TherapyNotes team has been five stars. Always friendly, professional, so knowledgable not only about the product, but about current laws and legislation and how they impact my profession. The support team/staff are always…
The support team/staff are always friendly, patient and eager to assist in problem-solving with any questions I have regarding navigating their EHR program. It is very reassuring to have a person available in real-time to walk me through any difficulties I am having (especially learning to do my own billing) and then to receive a follow-up email summarizing what was discussed during the phone consultation, complete with detailed instructions!

I have used at least seven other EHR platforms, and I say without reservation that TherapyNotes meets and exceeds my needs and expectations better than any of those. It is intuitive, conforms well to the way I practice, and, best of all, I can get support for any problem in less than a minute. Who else does this? I recommend TherapyNotes to my colleagues, which is the best endorsement of all.
