I have been in private practice for years. I recently changed from another billing company due to costs. TherapyNotes has great customer service and has been able to walk me through, not only the transition, but also follow up claims and billing questions.

So far, so good!
I've had the service for about three months now but am just really getting started. I wanted to first get all of my patients loaded into their system. I am looking forward to getting my payers setup to see how it works for me. Customer support has been awesome. So far, so good.
