I have used TheraNest, SimplePractice, and Acuity Scheduling at different points in my career so far. TherapyNotes is the best EHR I have used for simplicity, ease of use, and built in processes that keep me productive and help me grow my practice.The to-do list is much more sophisticated than what exists in SimplePractice. Wonderful Support Team

Very good experience using this platform.
I've been using TherapyNotes for a few years now. I find their EHR platform easy to use and applicable to my private practice. I'm excited about their newly added feature for telehealth. I've used it several times in beta testing and it has worked smoothly and easily. I've only needed to access customer/technical support a couple of times, however each time have received a prompt (within an hour) reply addressing my needs. Highly recommend.

A PRACTICIONER"S DREAM PROGRAM!!!!
A private practice dream!!!!! I've been in the field for over 30 years and shifted to software management 15 years ago. Awesome customer service, every time.
Therapy Notes has wonderful customer support. If I can't figure something out the staff is always happy to answer all my questions and help my practice run smoothly. Having a friendly voice to walk me through things is so nice, especially if I'm having a rough day at work.

Going solo with Therapy Notes
I'm new to using Therapy Notes. While I'm great at helping other people with their anxiety, the unknowns of opening a solo practice, and managing insurance, billing, etc, are daunting! The support from the staff at Therapy Notes has been fantastic!
