Overall I have liked using Therapy…
Overall I have liked using Therapy Notes. The platform is clear and easy to use. I would prefer talking to a human when I need customer service. However my last email interaction regarding the portal, was in a short time answered very succinctly by privacy officer. It addressed all of my concerns very well.

The representative I spoke with was…
The representative I spoke with was very attentive. She was able to assist me with my issues and gave me all of the time I needed to answer all of my questions. I was having issues with understanding how an Electronic Remittance Advice was being allocated. The representative walked me through the detail of the advice and showed me exactly where each payment was allocated. She was very patient with me. GRATEFUL!
I cannot tell you how pleased our practice is with Therapy Notes. It is pretty intuitive and knows what you need before you do.So now I am not worrying about what I forgot and I can concentrate on just providing good service.They continually work on their product to make it seamless. However it is the customer service that is the cherry on the sundae!Always helpful and willing to work with you. They are very patient!

My favorite EMR so far!
After working with many different EMRs, therapy notes is a breath of fresh air. It streamlines the note taking process better than any other platform I have used. The administration work that no one enjoys doing is handled like a hot knife through butter....SMOOTH! Customer Service so far has been quick and effective with the ability to speak with an actual human being within the first minute or two of calling.
