I recently had the pleasure of speaking with an enrollment CSR named Nicole Webb and she was extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions regarding Enrollment to submit Vermont Medicaid electronically within Therapy Notes. Excellent Customer Service!
I am a member of a small group practice which uses TherapyNotes and I have had a have a wonderful experience with the customer service they have provided! The staff is so very attentive and knowledgeable that they fix my problems with lightening speed. They do not seem to have anyone who is grouchy or not helpful which is unusual and so welcome these days!

TherapyNotes is amazing
TherapyNotes is amazing. They are always helpful and responsive. I know that if I have an issue, and I rarely do, I know it will be resolved quickly. The team has great attitudes and have set up several layers of help from articles to support team. They are a great partner!

TherapyNotes makes running a private practice as easy as it can be. I am especially grateful for their outstanding customer service. I have tried several platforms for notes and billing. As a one stop, one person practice, I do it all... and admittedly I do not like the note and billing part of being a therapist. In fact, I dread it. But since I've been with TherapyNotes, I actually don't mind doing these necessary tasks, surprisingly. Their platform makes sense. We spoke with two different ladies this morning and both of them were great. They were very patient, detailed, suggested options to solve a problem that was on our end and not a TherapyNotes issue. They also went the extra mile to get additional information for us from other members of their team.
