I can attest to TherapyNotes superb customer service. This has been the best assistance I’ve received from any vendor for my business. I have contacted TherapyNotes’ support team on multiple occasions and they have always been patient and informative in helping me find a solution, every time. That is what I think is so extraordinary. The consistency of their customer support is unparalleled in my experience.

Excellent and Efficient
I've only been using Therapy Notes for less than a month and I must say compared to other vendors. This is one of the most comprehensive EMRs that I've used. We're looking to change EMRs from Therasoft, and this system is exactly what we needed. I didn't know anything about their software and I was able to successfully navigate through their application and register a patient as well as create a patient portal account.
