Great Customer Service!
I recently found myself in need of help as I am learning to use the client portal. I contacted the TherapyNotes support team by phone. I only had to wait a few minutes to speak with someone. The support person (Lisa D) was easy to understand, highly efficient and knowledgeable. She quickly helped me access the information I needed. TherapyNotes is GREAT! I keep all my notes, scheduling, and billing in one place. It has really been easy to stay organized. The electronic billing couldn't be easier and keeps my records up to date. In addition, the TherapyNotes Support Team is very knowledgeable and happy to help even in areas which don't earn them extra money. They have repeatedly gone above and beyond in my requests for help.

Therapy Notes has become an essential…
Therapy Notes has become an essential part of my private practice. Their interfaces are logical and very easy to use. The staff is always prompt and helpful, they always answer any questions I have and quickly respond to requests. Their growing Portal feature where I can send my patients forms keeps getting better and has become even more important during the COVID-19 pandemic. I highly recommend Therapy Notes!

Overall, it is an user-friendly system to engage with. Customer support has been a good experience, particularly expediency and follow through. Nicole was really friendly and helpful in chasing down a solution that involved a partner company. Would definitely benefit from more program expansion as related to features. Would definitely recommend.
