Therapy Notes is great !
Therapy Notes is a great way to manage a private practice. Their customer support is amazing. They take the time to walk you through any process you don't understand. Highly recommend!

I had somehow misplaced a document template I needed to create a treatment plan for a new client, and contacted TherapyNotes Support by e-mail for assistance. Great Customer Service!
I recently found myself in need of help as I am learning to use the client portal. I contacted the TherapyNotes support team by phone. I only had to wait a few minutes to speak with someone. The support person (Lisa D) was easy to understand, highly efficient and knowledgeable. She quickly helped me access the information I needed.
