Therapy Notes is great !

Therapy Notes is a great way to manage a private practice. Their customer support is amazing. They take the time to walk you through any process you don't understand. Highly recommend!

I had somehow misplaced a document template I needed to create a treatment plan for a new client, and contacted TherapyNotes Support by e-mail for assistance. Alway Spot On Support!

Always...spot-on support. Never have they fallen short. They always provide state-of-the-art sales and technical support. A good part of the reason they get such high marks from me is the always helpful attitude they bring. They "get it" that therapists on under great stress. In knowing this, their ears and expertise, and never long hold times have pulled me out of tight clinches with an assuring hand that is calm, helpful, essential.in short order, I love what they bring! We continue to stay with TherapyNotes…

We continue to stay with TherapyNotes because of the great customer service. There are glitches and some things we aren't too happy about but we stay due to the wonderful customer service we wouldn't not get with Simple Practice. I don't do well with just email technical difficulties. One on one with customer service is how I learn the best. We have Squarespace and every thing is by email now and it's very frustrating.
