If I'd known it was going to be this easy, I would have gone into solo practice years earlier. I enjoy the ease of the therapy notes system- everything from the scheduling, notes and templates, automatic billing etc is easy to learn and do. I've also found the support staff to be very prompt and helpful in resolving confusing issues. I would definitely recommend therapy notes to other providers

Extremely fast and responsive customer service. I appreciate the email availability because that is usually simpler for my schedule than calling and waiting on hold. This software makes it easier to manage the administrative parts of running a private practice, like treatment planning, note recording, appointment reminders, and billing.
