They help me work through my questions thoroughly and with a big audio smile! Today's support person, Niyrai, even thought through my problem, identified an additional process she thought might make my task easier, and called me back with the suggestion. Customer service is always friendly and professional!

I rely on therapy notes to help me with my counseling practice.

I rely on therapy notes to help me keep my progress nodes for my clients organized and available. Beyond that their customer support is always helpful especially when it comes to getting the claim forms filled out properly and submitted. I have used therapy notes as a clinician in a group counseling practice but now that I have darted my own is a solo practitioner their help is so much more important. Definitely do recommend their service!
