I'm setting up a new private practice and have quite the learning curve relative to learning to use TherapyNotes and do the billing. The support staff from TherapyNotes have been outstanding! They help me work through my questions thoroughly and with a big audio smile! I rely on therapy notes to help me with my counseling practice.
I rely on therapy notes to help me keep my progress nodes for my clients organized and available. Beyond that their customer support is always helpful especially when it comes to getting the claim forms filled out properly and submitted. I have used therapy notes as a clinician in a group counseling practice but now that I have darted my own is a solo practitioner their help is so much more important. Definitely do recommend their service!

COMFORTABLE HELP
I am establishing my own private practice, and I am technologically challenged. When I called, I learned where I was in the que and the approximate time until I'd speak with a team member. I get the help that I need without feeling embarrassed.

Constantly Improving an already great product
TherapyNotes is constantly rolling out new and helpful additions to their already ultra-intuitive software. They have been very helpful at keeping me connected with my clients during the hardest times of the pandemic. Their customer service representatives are knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and enthusiastic.
