Great Customer Support

TherapyNotes Customer Support is GREAT

I've been working with TherapyNotes for a several months now, and all of my calls with Customer Support have resulted in very quick resolutions. They are always very patient, and I never feel rushed to get off of a support call. During this same time I've also worked with another EHR, and I dread calling for support as they haven't answered the phone once. So thank you, TherapyNotes, your excellent customer service is truly appreciated!

I was having an issue which prevented me from accessing my customer appointments

I was having an issue which was directly related to my browser that was keeping me from accessing customer appointments. I called TherapyNotes and the technician helped me with the issue and I was up and running in a matter of minutes.

Ok, the good news is, the TherapyNotes Program is a Provider's Dream: It is easy to navigate, covers both clinical and administrative needs, and sets the standard for excellence in customer service. Let me just say that I love therapyNotes and I rarely write reviews. But this platform and the onboarding team deserves it. I tried another platform first and I was pulling my hair out from the moment i began. There was no live support with this other platform, just LOTS of videos to watch.
