Therapy Notes is an excellent EHR platform. The "To Do List" is so valuable in helping me know what is needed to complete tasks. Writing notes is simplified w/ the treatment plan progress included in format of notes. Helpful, quick, and informative staff, always available to assist me with any questions. Great monthly pricing for services. I highly recommend.

Rejected Claim

I had a problem with a claim submitted that was rejected prior to making it to the payer. Ariel with Therapy Notes was able to resolve my initial problem within 10 minutes and taught me how to correctly enter a dependent child. She was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous during our interaction! I love Therapy Notes and the support team!

Intuitive, Great Customer Service and Continuous Improvements

TherapyNotes is really intuitive and easy to learn. It has great built-in reminder features to make it simple to use from a clinical perspective. I particularly love how the treatment objectives auto-populate into progress notes to keep you on track with monitoring and updating those. TherapyNotes is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I can't say enough good about it. It's user friendly, even for those who struggle with technology. It's simple, effective, time saving, and extremely affordable! What I've been most impressed with though, is the support staff. Best thing out there

Therapy Notes is simply an essential product for us. I can't imagine a more useful program, and the customer service is consistently outstanding. They have been clear, considerate and helpful with every single question or contact. As we are now moving out of a group into a private practice, we are relying on their practical guidance step by step. What can we say? Look no further. This is the mental health office holy grail.

Technology can be incredible and incredibly frustrating. I have had excellent help when I have called the TherpyNotes help number. I am not terribly computer savvy, but they are patient, usually grasp the scope of the problem quickly, and do a great job of explaining the steps to take to fix the issue. Best of all, an email is then sent to review the information they've shared, often with links to help topics related to the issue we have discussed.

Therapy Notes is always fast, thorough, answers questions to satisfaction, and sends written confirmation of the conversation to reflect back on. We have never had less that a 5 star experience with Therapy Notes!
