Super helpful, available, and friendly

As questions have arose, I have been both supported and assisted through the set up process, which has truly made the experience less stressful. The team at therapy notes has consistently responded quickly and been able to explain and walk me through steps to set up ehr and business tools such as credit card processing which was definitely outside my wheelhouse.

Therapy Notes is Excellent!

Therapy Notes provides excellent customer service! Each time I call, the representatives are patient, polite, and very knowledgeable. they provide me with detailed instructions on how to use certain functions within Therapy Notes and have walked me through the steps to make adjustments to claims for reprocessing. I am very happy with the Therapy Notes platform and the customer service provided--excellent all the way around!!

When I began private practice

When I began private practice, I was concerned that the Electronic Records software would be difficult to use. Therapy Notes was terrific! They offered immediate support and walked me through every single question I had even if it took an hour to cover all of my questions. They made setting up my practice amazingly simple. I highly recommend Therapy Notes!

Fixing a mistake the insurance company made

One of the insurance companies made a reguirement change that that technically didn't apply to me but lead to dozens of my claims getting rejected by mistake. Jordan Z at Therapynotes worked with me all morning to fix a mistake, that Therapynotes didn't even make, to ensure that my claims would start to get accepted again and I would start getting paid again. The insurance Company was at fault but Therapynotes were the ones that helped me correct an unfair situation. They were looking out ...
