I love Therapy Notes and have found it…
I love Therapy Notes and have found it most helpful over the last several years that I have been in private practice. Now that I am retired and closing up shop, I will continue to highly recommend Therapy Notes. I have only had good experiences with this program and it did much more then I utilized in my small practice. Thank you for being there for me and so easy to use, Therapy Notes.

TherapyNotes has kept us rolling…
TherapyNotes has kept us rolling through the COVID era. Medicaid behavioral health has complex compliance requirements and TherapyNotes keeps us sleeping soundly at night knowing our notes and billing are proper. Top features (versus SimplePractice) Clients can sign documents. TherapyNotes has EXCELLENT customer support. They answer the phone. Proper modifier code support for complex billing.

I love therapy notes!!
I love therapy notes. They explain every detail to get an effective experience. If you need to call to get hands on experience they’re at your beckon call and will walk you through the problem if any. I love that they are always improving our experience on Therapy Notes. I been with Therapy Notes since I started my private practice and I love it. They are super professional, knowledgeable and they take their time to guide you through things we don’t understand or need help with. LOVE THEM their are great in the service they provide.

After having numererous failed PCI…
After having numererous failed PCI Scans, Jordan saved me from having to pay numerous fees for my credit card and HSA card software, by fixing the problem in a matter of minutes, when other people looked at the problem and could not figure out. Bravo, Well Done !! Eternally grateful !!

Therapy Notes is Amazing!!!
Therapy Notes is Amazing!!!They fixed an issue with a rejected claim that even the insurance company did not know the answer to. TN comes through every time. The portal is user friendly and the customer service is outstanding!!
