Easy to use. Great resources. Very helpful staff.
As a sole practitioner with no back-office staff, using TN for 2 years, I have found the system easy to use even for a non-tech person, with helpful reminders of work to do, great assistance from happy staff when my lack of tech skills leads me to need instructions, great back-office report-creating capability and many other resources and tips. TN is always thinking about how to make the services better for practitioners and clients. And it's affordable! Very thankful that TN's capabilities ...

I’ve been using therapy notes since…
I’ve been using therapy notes since they first got started. I was in my 50s then and had a really hard time understanding how it worked. Even up until yesterday I have to email and ask questions. Their response time is very quick which is very helpful for me. Everyone has always treated me respectfully, happy disposition and very kind. I would highly recommend therapy notes for people... it has really helped me over the years as I converted from paper records to electronic files. Abby stein
